In 1994, Ray Smith embarked upon Phase II Inc as a personal journey toward a practical solution to serve farmers while helping protect the world’s soils & consequently plants, animals, people & food sources from the environmentally harmful effects of adverse farming trends.

Disillusioned by a compromising Ag industry, certified agronomist, animal nutritionist & leading farm consultant Ray Smith knew there must be a better way; a way that worked within nature’s laws to produce top quality crops but didn’t destroy our environment.

Today Ray's personal journey has become a movement helping prosper farmers across the nation.
